Should celebrities who break the law face stricter penalties?

It is reasonable that people who break the law must be punished. However, there is a argument that celebrities who break the law should get punished harder. I think that celebrities who break the law should face stricter penalties. Some people can think that it is not fair to give heavy penalties just because they are celebrities. However, I think that becoming a celebrity gives famous to her or him and they can get many things like a lot of money and honor through it, so it is no wonder to they assume the responsibility about their faults. There is a reason why I think so. The celebrity is not just alone and influences many people not only adults but also children. The young children, sometimes, think to their favorite entertainer as idol so they usually copy them. Therefore, if the celebrity breaks the law, almost of the fans defend her or him, as a result, they think so little of the fault. There is a proper example of it. According to the article, G-dragon, who is a famous singer in Korea, get suspected of taking a drug. Actually, a small amount of it was founded and he said that he smoke it that a person who do not know gave because he thought that it is just a cigarette. As a result he receive a suspended indictment and take a time for self-reflection. There were people who just defend him and I think that it is very dangerous situation because they can think that smoking drug is not a deadly sin through defending. Therefore, celebrities should act and speak responsibly because they effect to people greatly.

Production and Ownership of Knowledge

Before the class, I have not think about the ownershiop of knowledge and finding knowledge by reading and searching the blog or newspaper is very common to me. However, after the class, I think we should respect the ownership of knowledge because much of time and efforts are needed to write about my thoughts and provide information. Therefore, I think that we should accept the ownership of knowledge and we always thankful to people who provide knowledge

1) What has the comments others have posted on my blog taught me about my own writing?

There are two things that I learned by the comments. First is grammer. Actually, in the first homework, I was confused whether I put 'ing' on the verb. As expected, I received comments about that part so I can know the correct grammer. Second is importance of visual. I only concerned about writing so I forgot that visual point is also crucial part. I can realize that visual elements like picuters can help the writer's understanding. However, I cannot reflect this point in my midterm writing so I left with regret. In the future, I will try to reflect these points to my writing to write better.

2) What have the comments I have posted on other blogs taught me about writing

I often comments about details. I really intersted to read other blogs but I usually thought that it is better when it has more details. Therefore, I learned that more details lead to more interests from the reader and can help the understanding.

Advantages of taking the subway.

There are three advantages of taking the subway. First, the subway is reliable. The subway always comes in same time so we can arrive at the destination in the estimated time to take the subway on time. However, the bus or car is sometimes in the traffic congestion so we can late for a destination. In addition to the morning hours, the road is blocked so car and bus have difficult to move but the subway is not blocked any time because determined number of it operates on the each time. Therefore, using the subway is faster than using the bus although it is full of people so we feel uncomfortable. Second, the subway is cheap. The subway cost for adult is 1150 won and there are subways in Seoul anywhere. Therefore, we can go just about anywhere in the Seoul. For example, we can go to the Gapyeong from Sejong University by taking the Line 7 in Sejong station and getting off in SangBong station and transferring to the Gyeongchun Line. Third, the subway is convenient. I do not have to drive it because the subway driver moves it. If I am sitting comfortably, I have arrived at the destination so we can sleep, study and read in the subway. In brief, the subway is reliable, cheap and convenient. 

Ideal Place To Concentrate

 

 

There are three conditions for me to concentrate in place. The first is quiet. When my surroundings are noisy, I can not concentrate because my nerves are going to noise. So studying with listening to msic is a factor for me to keep concentrating. The second is bright and wider. Although reading room is quiet place, I feel a heaviness beacause it is too narrow and dark. Finally, not many people. The library is the best place to concentrate because it is bright, spacious and quiet. However, the test period, it is difficult to concentrate in a library because too many people are studying in the same place. And it feels frustration to me. Because I do not like crowded areas. So quiet and secluded library is a good place for me to concentrate. Spacious and open grassland seems to be a good place, too.

How does where I have lived influence how I live?

I was born in Seoul and have lived in Seoul for 21 years. Jeongneung-dong, Seongbuk-gu, is exactly where I lived. There is a Book-Han mountain in a short distance from home. So, when I was young, our family often went hiking on weekends. But now I am in part time job and my brother has to study for the national scholastic aptitude test so we can't go. Anyway, mountain can become more friendly place to me beacause I have lived closer to the mountain. And there is walking course and valley just in front of my house. So I often exercising, walking or sitting there, and talking with my friend. And I really love it. Living near mountain makes me like walking and think mountain more friendly.
